confirmed, we do not accept return or refund requests. However, we understand that

1. Damaged Product
If your product arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a replacement. Please follow the steps below:

One image of the outer box

Two clear images of the damaged product

An unboxing video clearly showing the damage

If the order contains multiple items, only the damaged item(s) will be replaced.

Replacements will be processed within 7 to 10 working days after review.

2. Missing Product
If an item is missing from your order:

While we do not offer refunds, the missing item will be shipped promptly after verification.

3. Spoiled Product
If the product appears to be spoiled or unfit for consumption:
